The company

We started because the same pattern kept repeating: companies paying for software that did not match how they worked, or left with a half-finished project and nobody to continue it. Streamcode was set up around the opposite idea — few projects, clear accountability and deliverables that hold up over time.

In practice that means you talk directly to the engineer writing your code. There is no intermediate layer relaying information and losing context. Whatever is agreed is written down, and if something does not fit the available time or budget you hear it at the start rather than at the end.

Alongside client work we build and operate our own products. That is not a side activity: it forces us to live with the decisions we make, maintain our own code for years and deal with the real problems of production — upgrades, backups, incidents and data migrations.
