Frequently asked questions
Is myDATA integration mandatory?
The obligation to transmit documents electronically to myDATA applies to businesses keeping accounting books, with scope and deadlines defined and periodically updated by the Greek tax authority. For what applies in your specific case, confirm with your accountant — we handle the technical implementation of the transmission.
What happens when the tax authority service is unavailable?
Documents are queued and transmission retries automatically until it succeeds. Nothing is lost and business operations are not blocked. The responsible person is alerted if the outage persists.
Can you connect my system to the payment provider I already use?
In most cases yes. We have a production integration with a Greek card acquiring provider in one of our own products. For your specific provider we first review the documentation and your account capabilities, then commit.
