Frequently asked questions
Do I need separate apps for iOS and Android?
Usually not. For most business applications a single shared codebase covers both platforms at significantly lower development and maintenance cost. Separate native builds are worth it when there are demanding device features or performance requirements.
Who pays for the developer accounts?
The Apple Developer and Google Play accounts should belong to your company so the app stays yours. We handle creating and configuring them, but the subscriptions are billed to you directly by Apple and Google.
What if the app is rejected by the App Store?
It is common on a first submission and we plan for it. We respond to the review notes, make the required changes and resubmit, at no extra cost for compliance-related fixes.
